Workshop on Understanding IPR Regulations for Startups in India

The workshop is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts with a comprehensive understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and its critical role in establishing and legally protecting their ventures. It will cover topics like understanding various IPRs, such as patents, trademarks, copyright, design registration, and geographical indications. This workshop will also discuss the legal framework for IPR in India, exploring patent filing, copyright issues, trademark protection, and design registration processes. It aims to provide participants with insights into leveraging IPR for business growth, preventing infringement, and fostering innovation. Participants will engage in interactive sessions led by experts and will have opportunities to gain practical knowledge and apply their understanding of IPR to real-world scenarios.
