Experience the Art of Italian Cuisine at Alimento!
As part of E-Summit’25, the Amity School of Hospitality brings you Alimento, an exciting cooking competition that will ignite your passion for culinary arts. Step into the kitchen and prepare authentic Italian dishes such as pasta with flavorful sauces, paella, and panzanella salad. Teams of two will create a two-course menu featuring a starter or salad, a main course, and a delectable accompaniment using fresh ingredients provided. Test your creativity and culinary skills in this 2.5-hour challenge and let your dishes speak volumes about your love for cooking.
