PROCEEDINGS:

● THE OPENING REMARK Given by Mr. Tanishq Garg and Ms. Sapna T. Desai. both the leaders
welcome all the members and overview the agenda
● Review of the previous Achievement given by both the leader
● Current Status update given by the leaders told us about the current projects and their progress
● Then personal interview began of all the member (in which the problems and the new ideas are
taken by all the members of the team)
● The main points are highlighted and the required action plan were made by the leader of the team

● The new skill development class were going to conduct for the strategy and operation team after 5
pm was got permission from the leaders

CONCLUSION / SUGGESTION:

The overall meeting was productive and many key points were highlighted in the meeting and many
problems face by the team members solution were given by the heads and new effective strategies were
introduced which help the team to gave their best and perform well in the future event. and the new carer
developed courses help the team in making their future successful.
