The team reviewed the upcoming E-Submit Fest, including its purpose, goals, and target audience.
Responsibilities for registration for Shark-tank and promotional activities were assigned to PR team
members.
Deadlines and checkpoints for each phase of promotion were agreed upon to ensure smooth
progress leading up to the event.
2. Public Relations Team Workshop
A discussion was held regarding an upcoming workshop intended to enhance PR skills within the
team.
The workshop goals include improving communication skills, event management, and ice- breaking.

Team members contributed various ideas for the content and structure of the workshop:

The team discussed registration details for the Shark Tank event
