Planning for the E-Summit’25 on 12 December, 2024

a. Welcome by Mr. Tanishq Garg
The meeting began at 10:00 pm, led by Mr. Tanishq Garg, who warmly greeted the core
members. He asked the updates from each team which are to be implemented for the smooth
execution of the event.
b. Marketing:
Two reels are being provided weekly to the Media team for December, with campus marketing
and PR activities resuming in January. Updates will be included in the weekly report.
c. PR :
IDE Bootcamp participants have shown interest in the upcoming E-Summit, so reels are being sent
regularly to them. New registration targets are being set, and data for tracking registrations is being
maintained.

Minutes of the Meeting
Efforts to confirm investors are progressing, and a meeting with overall heads is scheduled for
further updates and planning.
e. Media
The team is coordinating with Marketing for reel updates, resuming poster preparations after
exams, and editing existing reels for comprehensive updates.
f. I&D
Startups in the pre-incubation stage are being registered, with a focus on pitching E-Cell benefits
to first-year students to drive engagement.
g. F&C:
The signing of MoUs is ongoing, efforts are underway to find new contacts, and new members are
being briefed and pitched.
h. Technical:
The website development is progressing steadily, and event details along with registration links
for E-Cell and E-Summit are being finalized.
i. Ms. Sapna Desai pointed a few more points to focus on:
Increasing the reach of the E-cell and E-Summit’25 through various other social media platforms,
timely posting of reels, making sure all the team members share the reels, proper update of the
weekly report along with specification of tasks of each member and the list of all the inactive
members.
j. Mr. Tanishq Garg focusing on:
Proper update of all the team members LinkedIn Ids and identification of mention of any
improper or irrelevant posts, proper marketing of the upcoming event and smooth execution of
all the set benchmarks and targets, regularly updating the MOM’s and weekly reports.
Conclusion:
Weekly reports are being maintained for all activities, and social media platforms like LinkedIn
and Instagram are being monitored and updated. Pending tasks will resume post-exams.
