Proceedings:

1. Ms. Janvi Kalra started the meeting with general greetings and well wishes.
2. Team Head received updates from each member regarding works designated in the last
meeting (Recruitment drives and compiling Guests and Speakers lists )
3. Everyone provided their updates on presenting the E-Cell to their respective batches
for new recruits.
4. There was some tension between Mr. Saurab and Mr. Pratham, regarding their
presentation. Mr. Saurab seemed rude to the head, Mr. Abhinav bantered with Mr. Saurab.
Later on, Mr. Saurab apologized.
5. All the members, except Ms. Bhumika, Ms. Akrati, and Mr. Saurab, practiced their
presentations with the team head and received feedback.
6. An offline meeting on September 5, 2024 has been scheduled by the Team Head to
train members for the presentation.

Conclusion/Suggestion:

The meeting was productive, and all attendees are understanding and doing their parts in the
process of recruiting new members. The Strategies and Operations team will provide regular
updates on the progress, and the overall heads will provide input and feedback as needed.
